It's called "Courteney Cox interview Ace Ventura 1994 Jimmy Carter" it's on YouTube and it's starts around 4 minutes (though the whole interview is great) she says "I'm one of those people who don't really like anything flying around me or touching me" so we may have misread her context of it.

Same. I get that it’s not easy to have all of them together, but seriously?! It’s not impossible! And I’m still super upset they didn’t do anything on the 20th anniversary.
