Honestly?
I always always make jokes about the fact that they did and I always talk like they obviously did that and are banging right now. Because it’s just so much fun!! Because of all the chemistry they have and I want nothing more in my life than for them to date. Idek they just make me super happy when they’re together!
But honestly I do not think that they are in a secret relationship because I guess when you’ve been friends for that long, it’s just weird to cross that line? I always tell myself that if they were in that place, it would have already happened? On the other hand, timing can be a real bitch and maybe if they are in that place, the one thing that’s been missing is the timing. So who knows. But I also think that Courteney is the reason why they’re not an item. It’s a bit ironic because she’s ALWAYS the one who openly talks about how much she just loves him; she has no problem whatsoever to talk about him. Whereas he is just completely the opposite; like for the past five or whatever years he hasn’t mentioned her once. But still, you can just tell that he’s completely hung up on her. Just by the way he looks at her. And then I find it strange that he always flirts with her and makes all those (sexual) hints, and yet she is the one who denies them again.
So to sum it up: I think they might have had sex at one point in the past (90s), but decided to just be friends. However, if you ask me, they have something so special - you can just tell when you see them together.
And just because they might not be dating, doesn’t mean I can’t keep talking about them doing it and imagine it, right? ;)
