This is mostly the stuff I got. I might answer one of these (or some more questions I got that are not related to her engagement) in the next few days. I just keep getting more asks each day (for which I am so grateful!!!), but I also notice people unfollowing me because of the many text posts/asks. I think you got the gist of my opinion on the engagement in the post I answered yesterday.
I am doing fine, I am just pretty much done with Courteney. I don’t watch CT anyway and it’ll be the last season after which she’ll probably only direct stuff. I will continue to reblog/post photos of her as I still admire her as an actress, but as for the rest of her life decisions I can only shake my head. I am entitled my own opinion. I am 20+ years old and sometimes I feel like I’m more rational or wise than my ‘idols’. If you are younger, you will know what I am talking about once you get older. When I was 18, I also thought ‘oh my God, this is it, I know shit and the world is open etc’ - turns out you’re always smarter when you look back. In a few years I’ll probably look back on what I’ve done in 2014 and shake my head. [Well, this quickly got out of hand…]
So - I will never ever stop shipping Matteney, but most of the fandom annoys me as they get younger and I can’t deal with all that childish, obsessive behaviour of 13-19 year-olds. I just can’t, I’ll only get annoyed by it. I love the few people that I’ve met through the Matteney fandom a whole lot and I don’t think that’ll ever change, but I’m pretty much done with the rest of it.
