Advantages for when CC and MP kiss: 1.) the ear trace 2.) the lip bite (I believe it happened) along with some occasional tongue? Maybe. 3.) CC literally puts her body flush against MP's. Still on the lookout for more but CC doesn't do any of that when she kisses other guys in other programs. Even if she does make out with them a little more

What I notice is that I don’t like her kissing eg Josh Hopkins or Tom Selleck. I don’t know if it has got anything to do with the fact that they are both rather tall, but the way she kisses them just looks so awkward and… uncomfortable? And it doesn’t look natural to me. I don’t know how to explain, but CC and MP just make it look right; they just fit.
