I know that I did read an article where she said she was getting some sort of treatment to get rid of them, yes. And I also remember tweeting about it because I was so shocked and upset that she did it. I just love freckles so much and wish I had them. It makes her so beautiful! The only thing I could find quickly now is this quote, though:
"On my chest I will put base as I have skin damage freckles from when I was a kid."
