Thanks to Franzi, we suspect it’s from 3x12 TOW All The Jealousy, because Chandler looks the same, but we can’t find Monica looking like that anywhere in that episode. It’s really weird. The episode I looked at is the uncut version, so it can’t be a deleted scene. The only explanation is that it’s a behind the scenes picture or a promotional picture of that episode. Or maybe there was a secret pre Mondler episode shot in between 3x11 and 3x12 (which would be awesome, since 3x11 is TOW Chandler Can’t Remenber Which Sister = the first Mondler kiss ever mentioned!) :P
